Pertemuan atau meeting ini dirilis 11 kali setiap tahun, sekitar 2 minggu setelah pengumuman suku bunga oleh RBA. Pertama kali dirilis pada Desember 2007. Notulen meeting ini penting diperhatikan karena menyangkut pandangan bank sentral terhadap kondisi perekonomian Australia pada saat menentukan tingkat suku bunga.
Jika hasil meeting hawkish atau mengandung optimisme maka AUD akan cenderung menguat, dan jika hasil meeting dovish atau mengandung pesimisme maka AUD cenderung melemah.
Pada meeting terakhirnya tanggal 3 Nopember lalu RBA mempertahankan suku bunganya pada 2.00%.
